Vince Gill's CB "Model J"

Vince Gill is a member of the Grand Ole Opry®, and he is known worldwide as one of the greatest entertainers in Country music. Vince has won more Country Music Association Awards than any other artist in history. His prowess as a singer/songwriter is matched only by his astounding abilities as a musician, and his talents are equally sought as a singer and as an instrumentalist.

Vince is equally renowned as one of the nicest guys in the business. His charity work, and his refusal to call attention to himself for his charitable giving, sets the standard for others to follow. Recently Chris had the opportunity to help Vince experience the "receiving" side of a wonderful gift, as some of Vince's closest friends commissioned Chris to build a very special guitar for Vince's 50th birthday. Vince was very surprised and taken with his guitar, and plays it on stage and in studio. In fact, Vince was on his way to the Opry the afternoon he picked up his guitar, and played it on the Opry stage that very night!
